What are the shipping costs?

All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed as soon as payment has been received and are shipped within 2–3 business days via PostNL.

Made-to-order items are shipped within 1–2 weeks.

I don't live in the Netherlands. Can I still place an order?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are €13.00.

I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

If your parcel has a Track & Trace code, you can track it via PostNL.

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us.
