EXCHANGES

All our items are handmade.

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange an item.

The item must be returned to us within 1 week of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Custom-made items created specifically for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item, this is of course possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Please note that the costs and risks associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY

Despite our careful quality control, it is possible that a manufacturing defect is discovered or that you receive an item different from the one ordered.

In such cases, please return the item to us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If the return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping costs will, of course, be covered by us.
