Flamenco Experiences for Teams & Celebrations
Whether you're looking to bring your team closer together or celebrate in style, I create flamenco experiences that go beyond a simple performance — real energy, real connection, tailored to the occasion.
Flamenco Experiences for Teams & Celebrations
Whether you're looking to bring your team closer together or celebrate in style, I create flamenco experiences that go beyond a simple performance — real energy, real connection, tailored to the occasion.
For Team Building & Connection
Every session is built around your team, not a fixed routine. Through rhythm, movement and simple guided exercises, people are asked to listen to each other and respond — not perform. This is where hierarchy drops: often the quietest person in the room ends up leading a moment. That's not an accident, it's the method.
Who this is for:
- HR and People & Culture teams looking for something beyond the standard team-building formula
- Leadership teams and offsites that want to build real trust
- Teams that want a shared experience they'll actually talk about afterward
For Company Parties & Celebrations
Sometimes you don't need depth — you need energy. For company parties, farewells, anniversaries and celebrations, I bring live flamenco performance and interactive moments that get people out of their chairs, dancing, laughing and letting loose together.
Who this is for:
- Company parties, farewells and end-of-year celebrations
- Teams that want a night to remember, not another formal activity
- Events where the goal is simply: have a great time, together
Why this works
I've spent over 30 years building bridges — between Seville and the Netherlands, between the stage and the street. Whether the goal is connection or celebration, that same energy is what makes every session work.
Let's talk about your event.
Tell me what you're looking for — team building, a celebration, or something in between — and I'll put together something built around your group.

ABOUT MARIA ROBLES
I was born in Seville, where I trained at the Conservatorio de Sevilla before moving to the Netherlands over 30 years ago. Since then, I've lived between two worlds — and everything I do comes from that in-between space.
I later studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, and spent ten years designing and building stage sets for the Dutch National Opera and the Van Gogh Museum. I've also performed as a street artist in festivals around the world — the same rawness and connection with an audience that started long before any stage.
Flamenco is the instrument I use, not the box I fit into. I don't teach flamenco — I create experiences where people can truly live it: in my classes, in the workshops I bring to companies, and in the journeys I lead back to Seville, where I show people the city the way I actually know it — not as a tourist, but as someone who grew up there.
What ties all of this together is one thing: connection. Between cultures, between people, between who you are and who you're afraid to show. That's the thread running through everything I make.
