How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) to make sure you have received it.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange an item.

The item must be returned to us within 1 week of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Only unworn and undamaged items will be accepted.

Custom-made items created specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may exchange your purchase for a different size or another item, but we do not offer refunds.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending your parcel.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands: €6.95

Outside the Netherlands: €12.95

All prices include VAT.

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received and are sent via PostNL.

Custom-made items are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Can I order from outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are €12.95.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order includes a Track & Trace code, you can track your parcel via PostNL.

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at info@mariarobles.nl.
